    服务态度不是很热情，度假区里环境很好，去景区方便会有摆渡车来回接送，早餐种类也很多，适合带娃居住游玩

    酒店又老又旧，服务也跟不上，感觉像30年前跟团出去玩住的那种酒店。 酒店的水质很差，放出来的水都是黑的。淋浴的水很有规律：热10秒，冷10秒，烫10秒。根本没法好好洗澡。 空调隔一会儿“啪”一声，晚上睡觉很受影响。床也是只要稍微动一下就响个不停。晚上睡觉睡的累**了。 接驳车很少，每次都要等很长时间，而且没有工作人员引导大家排队，车来了只能靠抢和打，体验非常差！

    很不错的酒店，不知为何评分不高。我觉得虽然本身酒店设施有点老旧但服务还是很不错的，有摆渡车送到乐园，还送了乐园门票和游船票，超划算的。早餐也不像有人説的没啥好吃的，还是挺丰富的。特别是环境非常美，早上堤坝上看看日出，湖边转转，很舒服。

    很少看到这么不卷的酒店了…这个价格在淡季感觉不值，设施比较老旧，洗发水沐浴露跟快捷酒店一样，空调声音巨大，服务员也漫不经心，乐园接驳车还要等15分钟一班……也就是风景还不错

    1、乐园恰逢跨年晚会，前一天彩排，我能理解。从晚上七八点一直开始彩排，最大量音响彩排，震天震地，10点多开始与酒店沟通，説尽快结束，11点多再沟通两次无果，酒店回覆最迟12点结束，可是到12点仍然在继续，酒店房间玻璃都被吵的在抖。再次询问酒店，能不能送个耳塞，酒店回覆：没有耳塞！酒店配套居然没有耳塞！ 震耳欲聋的音响话筒一直吵到12点半。期间无数次沟通未果，3岁宝宝多次被吓醒，大人整夜没睡觉。 2、 再説説説酒店设施和环境，一进房间湿气很重，霉味很重，房间两个加湿器都改变不了的情况。空调出风口都是蜘蛛网，墙顶墙角发霉处处可见，不説瞎话，请看照片，如实反馈，照片真实性本人严谨负责。
