前台服务特别差，预定好房间半小时说找不到名字，房间水龙头打不开不解决，房卡刷了两次还打不开房门，根本不符合五星级标准，服务态度认真程度太差

不错不错不错，加400及税升级行政房，不过行政房和高级房房型完全一致，但是有行政酒廊可以免费享用。有下午茶和晚上的欢乐时光。一些简单的酒水和蛋糕。
