环境整体都还不错，可能是因为太高的原因，从地下停车场到达住的房间，要做三个电梯，换的实在太累人了，东西落房间里，都不想上去拿

酒店位置不错也属于南京市地标建筑，不过服务方面应该可以还能更周到。不知道是否因为楼高房间多的原因，有点难以顾及到住客所需的各方面细节。望能更有提高！

去到后不能立即入住，外面下着雨，跟酒店借雨伞就告诉借光了就不管了，害得我商场里闲逛了一个多小时，住两天就给做了一天的房卡，第二天晚上累的不行了，还得下两个电梯下去重新做卡，离开时价格还错了，发票又开错了，幸好我检查了一下不然就多付钱了。住过服务最差的五星级酒店。早餐很差。
