位置不错，紧挨商场，大堂就能过去。与鼓楼一路之隔，楼下就是地铁站，不远就是玄武湖公园和城墙。景观房半湖景半城景，景色不错，就是玻璃外面有点脏，第二天就有人擦了。电梯45楼要换乘，有点麻烦。
