手误点了个单人间还不能退换，一家五口只能分开住，酒店车位少，晚了就的自己付费到附近停车场，希望酒店能解决这个小问题。设施，服务都很好，尤其大赞负责大堂接待的鲁师傅，刚到就递上了自己整理好的打印版南京旅游景点线路图，很详细，很贴心，小朋友们还有课程表赠送噢😊还有一点要提的是卫生间墙是玻璃的，白天上厕所很不方便，还得拉上房间窗帘

到达酒店是10月2号..首先说酒店的位置..在市中心..紧邻南大鼓楼校区..距离各种景点基本都是地铁4站的距离..其次说酒店的服务..各项服务都特别好..尤其是大堂的鲁师傅..服务态度超级好..为人和善..用心服务...下次来南京还会选择晶丽酒店...
