酒店服务一百分，可以说的上是贴心的管家服务，门房素质很高，主动帮我们提行李开门送房间，保洁阿姨很客气，要求的房间东西都会及时补，前台接待也很亲切，临走还送给我们宝宝一个小礼物，可以说是超出预期的服务水平。
酒店位置超好，就在鼓楼公园转盘附近，隔壁就是南大后门，步行最多十分钟就能到地铁站，开车有专门负责泊车的。
房间外设施，大床房在10层，电梯等候间有免费的现磨咖啡，曲奇饼干，水果等等。
房间内设施很全，比较干净，房间不大，但是大床房间内有香薰这个建议不要摆放，让我们这种鼻炎患者有点受不了，房间空调关了还是有点冷风，浴室水流有点小。
