住金陵楼，是老楼，设施实在老旧了。卫生间狭小不说，水龙头起码十年前水准，对男士来说都艰涩难拧。马桶盖竟然不是缓降的，第一次用啪地落下吓了一跳。电梯和房间竟不能刷卡，用钥匙都需要插入拧下才能打开，非常怀旧地不方便。但服务确实好，早餐特别提别丰富。床舒服，床品也好。洗发水等是欧舒丹。这些弥补了房间设施不够五星的不足。位置好，地铁从机场或火车站过来新街口下，6号口上来就是酒店。对面德基广场高大上，吃喝玩乐方便极了。南面的友谊广场内有狮王府，8点开始的早茶蟹黄汤包，鸡汤小馄饨都超好，不在酒店过早也可以。

地理位置很好，就在新街口，到德基广场也很方便，但是要从地下绕来绕去才能到，感谢礼宾部陈悦康还有客房部柏洁的热情服务，我们带着孩子 行李多，都很周到体贴。

酒店环境不错，老楼的装潢有点落伍了。新楼的不错，老楼二楼的餐厅饭菜很好，就是不便宜。可以享用房间内的饮料，品种较多。孩子也很满意！
