早餐东西比较少，八点多去的基本没剩什么了，服务挺好，我走的时候有件体恤忘带了，酒店还帮我寄过来了，但是房间不是特别干净，有虫子

宾馆可能时间较长未装修过了，地毯等明显老旧，味道也不好；房间也罢了，一般般吧。特别要值得一提的早餐太差，服务员态度也不是很好的，要不是靠近工业大学，下次再也不去住了。

1、设施陈旧，毛巾浴巾太旧，有一天一条毛巾还有破洞。 2、有一天有一名员工竟然在早餐现场抽烟，不点名，希望注意改善。 3、前台服务意识要提高，没有笑脸相迎，经常无表情。 4、需要整体提高服务质量，以利提高酒店形象，不能不缺住客，就无所谓。
