酒店在新街口附近的苏宁广场，地理位置绝佳，酒店大堂明亮，前台接待人员态度也很好。预定时提出的要求酒店基本上都能满足。单人大床房的面积不至于太小，房间卫生整洁做得也很好。总体言之，酒店的性价比很高。
有一点值得改善，窗帘的遮光性和私密性希望能更好。
另外有一点，酒店正对着淮海路，对面商场搞活动搭建的临时工棚会在半夜里拆除，噪音很大。
