一进入酒店，礼宾和前台员工十分热情。大堂温度适宜，房间里面也很舒适。房间装修风格是我喜欢的，空调安静无噪音。早餐品种很多，口味也不错。

进入到房间感觉特别整洁明亮，房间的棉织品很干净，卫生间的卫生也是做的特别细致，期间8:00左右4楼用早餐的人很多，但是服务仍然是井井有条，秩序一点也不乱，口味很赞！值得推荐！且工作人员服务很有耐心且热情。

酒店在市中心，去哪里都很方便，无论是购物还是去景点特别方便，所有的员工也非常热情好客，房间干净整洁，尤其是卫生间，清洁非常到位。屋内空调温度也很适中，睡觉时觉得枕头有些低，还有薰衣草和决明子的枕头可以额外选择，感觉这样的特别服务很是加分！下次还会再来！

前台接待员非常热情，会主动询问是否需要地图，从电梯到房间遇到清扫员，也会微笑问候，卫生也是干净整洁，住的很是舒适，早餐选择有很多，中西结合式的自助餐，价格很适中，每次来南京的首要选择。
