非常细致热情的服务，我在房间内电话讲另外一个酒店的热水有问题，客房服务员正好给小孩送儿童牙刷和儿童拖鞋，被她听到了，以为我在说他们酒店的热水有问题，立即反应给了前台，很快前台来电询问房间内热水是否有问题，相当主动热情的服务，只有把客人感受放在第一位的酒店才会有这样的关注。

酒店位置非常好，比较干净，服务热情。但是在艺龙上预订的清楚明白写着高级双床房，到酒店就变成了普通大床房了，酒店方面说是艺龙方面给弄错了，最后还好房间里给加了个床，不过房间比之前的小很多。希望艺龙能加强管理，提高服务质量！
