很少写评论，虽然刚入住，还是忍不住了！酒店位置较佳，设施档次一般，但服务质量的优秀，将一切不爽毁灭性的推翻了，刚办完住宿手续，因带有小孩子，需要加床，只是没有想到的是一位老大姐员工考虑的相当周全，除设施的增加外，并且为小孩准备的拖鞋、牙刷、小孩的食品，并一再询问还有什么需要，真实再现家的感觉，就包括2岁的小外孙也感动的谢谢说个没完，经再三询问这位员工才知道负责十三楼是刘文静老大姐，前台的一位阿姨和一位叔叔还送给小外孙一辆火车模型，小外孙高兴的说“新家”真好！下次来宁，你还是首选！感谢贵酒店培养出来这么优秀的员工！
