所处地域为老城区，在第二十八电子研究所居民院内，应该是原单位招待所，条件还算不错吧！如果住宿内早餐10元的话还是物有所值！一般家庭旅行出行可选，可近距离体验南京居民生活。周边出行比较方便，临近南京理工大学和南京农业大学附近，靠近地铁站，共享单车解决最好一公里问题更是不错！地铁苜蓿园站附近有“南京大排档”，集合了当地传统美食，民国范！口味不错，价位50元人均。
