酒店干净清洁卫生是最大的特色，这方面比一般酒店要好。停车较方便。无线上网有些房间登不上，后来用别的房间号终于登上了，用用还不错。晚间空调制热效果稍差。早餐如果就招待所这个档次已经是不错了，但跟大酒店比觉得品种还是少很多，可能住宿人不多，不敢多品种吧，比如蔬菜就一个青菜，无其他，缺少牛奶、橙汁、煎鸡蛋，油条，水果等一些常见食品。但包子，蒸饺，煮鸡蛋，少量糕点，稀饭，豆花，煮面还是有的，早餐填饱肚子应该没问题。周边不远明孝陵中山陵风景区，环境还可以。总体好评。就是普标285的价格稍嫌贵了一点点。
