第一次入住，酒店的服务很好，带孩子来南京玩，住过很多家酒店，感觉很不错，孩子很喜欢，管家朱旭霞很贴心，给孩子拿了儿童浴袍跟拖鞋，孩子很喜欢房间的小饮品，再来还是会考虑入住的，位置靠近南大跟南师大，先锋书店，带孩子来的好去处

住了这么多的酒店，目前来说这是服务最好一家了。订的大床，前台小姐姐帮我原价升级家庭套房。虽然我和老婆两人住有点浪费，但是人家的服务真是没得说。啥也不说了，看图！

这家是我住过的最烂的所谓五星级酒店。除了房间大一点以外，一无是处！设施极其陈旧，地毯脏得很，服务员敲一下门就往屋里闯，而且晚上19点收拾各屋房间，白天干啥去了？硬件简直了。。。。软件我也是醉了。。。

酒店设施、位置皆好，另外服务热情周到，特别是总台的大堂经理武小姐，业务熟悉，待人周到，给客人宾至如归的感觉，再来宁此店当为首选。
