在该酒店退房后，才想起忘了充电器，后又专门去该酒店一趟前台说没有，服务员说没有，后回去认真找了也没找到，给该酒店打电话，告知出门在外，充电器对本人很重要，对酒店不值多少钱，然最后下文还是没有，我退房后，没人人住，定是明务员收了起来，就是死活不认，素质真差。
