我已多次入住你们酒店了，主要是因为交通方便，服务态度也不错，提过的意见呢，也能及时解决。这次是11月19日入住的20日离店，房间号是328。不足：1、卫生间抽风机坏的、卫生间无电话分机；2、早餐质量的确要改进。前面也提过早餐的意见，没什么效果。

酒店位置无论去玄武湖还是中山陵都蛮方便，唯独房间看似有点陈旧，房间里烟味较大，其他都不错。

9月3日入住302房间，总体情况不错，被子床单比较干净，但洗漱的毛巾太脏有异味，另外房门的保险销是断的、数字电视有时很卡。

白天没有热水，六楼电梯口处大面积地毯潮湿发霉，客票服务部不受理火车票业务，与该宾馆服务册上面不符。除此之外都满意，交通尤其便利。
