设备陈旧，面盆、马桶、淋浴都漏水，特别是退房结账时，因预授权（信用卡）和结账（借记卡）用的是两张卡，竞然被质问：“为什么要用两张卡”，无语，气的我说：我又没有少付款，你管得着么？

酒店虽是一家3星级酒店，但设施很旧了，我住的是标间，感觉是旅馆一样，门锁还是用钥匙开的，洗澡的龙头是坏的，总之一切显得太旧了，让人无法接受......

到店时，前台已将预定的房卡提前准备好，报上了姓名就直接入住。由于订的普通标间没有了，还主动免费升等，服务很贴心，信誉很好。
房间比想象中要好，热水很充足，一开就有（浴室），比10秒速热还快，洗得很舒服。电视频道好多，有好几个电影类频道。之前网上订房时看见别的评语说家具老旧、地毯脏，我觉得可以了啊，非要新潮家具吗，又不是在家，地毯颜色是有点脏，但我们是睡床啊。
饭店距离机场大巴售票点很近，走路10分钟就能到，我们早上9：45的航班，吃完早饭退完房，7点40出了饭店，登上8点钟的大巴，到机场办好托运手续，一看时间9点，安排得恰恰好，真的很佩服自己哦！
最重要的是，178的标间，含双早，就这来看，性价比已经很高了，因为住的很舒服，所以花点时间详细说了下，之前订酒店一直在看别人的点评，现在我也贡献一份力吧，加油！

西华门酒店对需要去军区总院看病的人来说是很方便的，但酒店较旧，还不提供行李寄存业务，望以后能改进。
