非常的安静，房间宽敞明亮。周围民国范儿的建筑比比皆是，静吧、沙画中心环饲左右，梅园新村、总统府步行可达，非常适合文艺青年住宿。

是部队的招待所。不错，干净整洁。就是不提供餐饮。但是转到最近的街口卖的早点很便宜也很好吃。卖早点一家人也很好。
