该宾馆属于部队的招待所，比较安全，也比较安静，院内停车场也不小，就是位置稍微有些难找，但有导航也还算方便。虽然设施有些陈旧，但价位并不高。距离南京军区南京总医院步行约1公里，周边餐饮、超市、各类小店数量众多，吃饭、购物都非常方便。
