酒店真的非常赞，大厅装修富丽堂皇，房间装修风格又很有格调，感觉很大气上档次。房间干净宽敞，床品整洁，枕头和被单没有那种消毒水的味道，很满意。服务员态度也很好，还帮忙提了行李箱，值得推荐

普通房间比较小，特别是洗手间面积跟经济型酒店差不多大小，这是不符合五星豪华酒店定位的。
卫生很好，但是这么新的酒店地毯居然被其他客人的口香糖和其他东西污染得一塌糊涂，这个是客户的素质问题，估计平时会议客户较多，一般的企事业单位人员素质也就那样吧！
服务相当自然贴心，入住包括进房间都是人工智能人脸识别，房间内也有智能平台，这是很有特色的，体验也不错👍
早餐品种不多，但品质不错，特别是蒸点和蛋挞，都是酒店隔壁知名酒家出品，很有保证。

酒店很新，智能机器人也很方便，办理入住20秒就搞定。房间很大，卫生间非常宽，智能操控机器人潘多拉很可爱，所有事情躺在床上用嘴就能完成。进门可刷脸，省去了带房卡的烦恼。服务非常好，值得一去。

设施设备一流，强烈推荐！或许因为是春节，感觉周边吃的不多。酒店早餐非常不错，建议选含早。预定的时候选了大床房，因带小孩需要双床，前台非常乐意的帮换了，服务态度超好，感谢前台姓韦的美女，谢谢！
