一次非常吃瘪的入住旅程：
1.打189-7886-2778电话预订签约房却被告知无房源，下一分钟却毫无压力的在网上顺利订房……why ？其中真实原因也不想深究了…
2.莫名的被安排入住吸烟楼层……一个午觉醒来，满脸满鼻子的烟味，导致整个人都不好了……此时打电话至前台要求更换无烟楼层，前台却告知需要加收清洁服务费，Wht？换个房间而已，还需要加收清洁服务费用？感觉被黑到…全程入住感受负分……所以此次入住给差评。
3.补充…前两次打189-7886-2778电话预订签约房，服务态度都差到极点……如不愿意放签约房源请直接告知……就几十元的价差，没必要弄得如此不愉快。

第N次入住了，每次都会很贴心地打电话询问房间要求，免费升级了行政楼层，送了水果，饼干和银耳糖水。早餐安排在23楼行政酒廊用餐，人少安静。
