还行吧，酒店比较老了设施设备也是比较陈旧了，房间没有手机充电线，座机很脏白色的都已经黑完去，而且房间内各种消费品应有尽有，各个区域都有消费品，不是说不能摆，但是适量就可以了吗，这样也太篓了吧，电视不清晰有雪花，前台人员不专业，肯定有没有过培训，不懂微笑服务，都是皱着眉好像受了气一样，正常前台人员的仪容仪表是必须符合标准的，手机怎么可能装在工作服的口袋里，而且还漏一半在外面，一看就不专业，给客人拿东西双手递上这个应该都懂吧，反而酒店的礼宾还是不错的，能主动问好，并对客人微笑，其余人员都是自己管自己的不是自己的工作不会去帮客人，只会一句话你去找那边吧，那么我想问，既然你是这个酒店的工作人员，我想寻求你的帮助即使这个不属于你的工作，你也要主动帮我去问吧，而不是就一句话你去那边吧，**，这个服务好专业，培训的好到位，没有看到酒店人员的团结。
