度假村设施很新，设备也很齐全，房间也是，很舒适。
唯一一点是居然住了度假村酒店还是需要交钱才能去泡温泉。或者在大众点评买套餐是包扩的，但是都只能医院去1次。
酒店服务人员态度一般，我们泡温泉泡的晚了，交牌是那个职员脸要黑死了。
就这两点，其他都超棒！值得再去！

度假村客房是别墅型，有多栋，房间较宽敞，房间内有小温泉池，不出房间也可泡温泉，比较有特色，室外温泉池也比较多，还有个水上乐园，适合全家带小孩休闲旅行。

前台服务太度冷淡，正式圆工女的戴黑框眼镜一副瞧不起人样子名字我就不说了，这种人的服务配不上4A景区呀！泡温泉房客只有一次88元优惠价第二天想再去她翻着个白眼说昨晚上你不是去过了吗今天168！房费一天近千元就这种态度！小别墅内有室内外温泉但要一个人包整栋才开启就算客房住满也不会开纯属摆设！只能说房价贵！风景好！前台态度差！
