管客房的服务员大部分态度好，温泉区服务员有些很好，有些很差。温泉的营业时间是9：30，十点了很多池都没有水。房间是半地下室型的，有池，有桑拿室，淋浴房水很小，水温低。个人还是不适应没有窗的房间。早餐简单，可以吃饱。

这家酒店除了前台和客房部的服务员态度还算好点以外，其他服务员像我们去的欠他们的，一晚599不算便宜了吧，就那个服务想，哪个酒店还那么贵，温泉连小朋友都要收费，去餐厅部吃饭打包还要给两块钱的盒子费，也够见钱眼开的了，早餐来说说，硬邦邦的冷煎蛋一个，其他的也很少，还不是自助的，一去就问你吃稀饭还是粉，然后端出一盘三个小包几块紫薯和玉米块的盘子，就算你的早餐了，以后不会再住这家酒店，广西之行失望至极！

别墅房型，还有麻将桌，适合周六日过来度假。单单住一个晚上有点浪费了。不过温泉只有优惠价，不是住房就可以泡温泉的。

早餐不怎么样，酒店房间的温泉只能放一次水，第二天水冷了想换水在泡就要收钱了，160元继一次，该vIP房的移动信号显示为零，于外界沟通的方式基本靠酒店wfi。服务员的服务很好就是如果要找到他们要花些时间。
