服务很好，很棒，还有电话问候，感谢宾客关系部的小韦，服务好，还送了罗汉果和水果。退房还订了酒店的送机，有提前通知我们退房，帮忙提行李，住的还不错。

第一次入住该酒店时只是跟团过来的匆匆过客，但被酒店的设施服务深深吸引，于是第二次过来直接订了这里，这家酒店交通便利：出去就是鲁班路地铁站，二楼还有影院，不远处有超市百货，各种美食；人性服务：酒店的服务特别好，特别是前台的小钟，服务热情，我们落下的杯子还亲自给我们送过来。

位置好地铁站近在酒店门口，房间高档有阳台，达到五星标准，会再去价，特别提下去酒店当天是下雨天气，酒店保安哥哥还免费帮忙把车洗干净了，贴心服务扺赞，五星！入住胜价比很高

我们是云南、广西自驾游(从广州出发)，南宁是我们回程的最后一站，晚上7点多我们把车停在负二层的停车场，再到一层的大堂拿房，前台办事效率挺高，知道我们还没吃饭，特意给了我们一些餐券，还让我们留下了车牌号码，说是方便退房时给停车券(这里有惊喜)。第二天，我们退房后来到负二层的停车场，惊讶的发现我们的车子已焕然一新，前挡风玻璃还留了一张字条，原来是酒店保安部帮我们洗了车(车子自驾游走了15天，车身风尘仆仆、满身泥泞)。我们十分感慨，在这里谢谢酒店的前台美女、保安哥哥，你们实在太贴心了！
