酒店各方面都非常好，性价比极高：大堂宽敞气派，房间很大，卫生间也很大，使用起来很方便，卫生状况不错，自助早餐卫生干净，品种虽说不太多，但吃饱吃好没问题，位置佳，周边交通方便，吃饭的地方也很多。

地理位置好在人民公园附近，公交站就在门口，傢具虽旧但佈罟舒适，卫生间大冷热水流大、急，下水道通暢，酒店内有二楼自助餐厅供应早晚餐，一楼有广东轩餐厅供应早午茶，日常打5.9折星期六日打6.9折午餐莱不打折。还有5号楼和明园榕园饭店都是很好的餐厅，所以吃饭请客都很方便，周边也有小餐馆。大院内还有室外游泳池很棒，总之很好很舒服。建议房间灯设计的更明亮些就更舒暢了！

地理位置好在市中心，酒店环境好室外有游泳池，酒店不远处有个人民公园，门口有公交车交通很方便，酒店内一楼有个吃早午茶的广东轩餐厅很亲民，晚上二楼有中西自助餐，早餐也是简单的自助餐，酒店周边也有米粉店吃饭很方便。普通标准间房间面积大，设施应有尽有就是陈旧些不仿大碍，总台服务好，卫生也很好！总体感觉价廉物美价有所值！
