本人于2018年12月29日在他们酒店订房，30号中午退房，说押金300块会在当天六点前退到银行卡里，但是等到晚上八点也没见收到！就算是放元旦假银行不上班，等到2号也没收到！后来找到他们酒店电话，打了不下十次都是无法接通，换手机打也不通……其次，房间是挺干净也没有异味，就是设施陈旧，床也是硬的，插座找半天也不见，热水开十分钟以上才有，洗澡要站在浴缸里洗……现在我就想问问押金什么时候退给我?
