酒店位置很不错，有以下三点需改进：1、入住时前台说可以送水果，但必须要先现场点评高分，既然有预算给客人送水果，何必让人先点评呢，请问还没入住就点评合理吗？2、早晨客房窗户玻璃起雾看不清外面是否下雨，拨打0，问是否有下雨，回答在办公室也不知道是否下雨，你就不能让客人稍等，你打电话给前台，让前台去看一下再回复不行吗？3、退房的时候系统有问题，自动获取开票信息后仍无法开增票，要重新输入
