差到爆的服务态度！带着两个孩子入住，孩子洗澡需要多两条浴巾，房务中心直接拒绝说一间房间就两条，你客户的需求不能满足，好说歹说还是说不行而且口气差到爆，实事求是地说还真心没有遇到这样的酒店，还标榜五星，根本达不到三星服务。而且电话里直接和房务中心说不满服务需要投诉，请告知他的工号和投诉电话号码。这个时候才来怕，打死不说自己的工号，也不说投诉电话号码，还直接挂客户电话。早餐也是东西很少，没到时间就收餐了，要吃早餐还是去对面粉店更好。以一个每年在这间酒店消费超过50间的客户，真心不满，以后再也不住了。

洗手间的水，忽冷忽热，非常不好用！房间没有一次性拖鞋，还得打电话要前台送！客房服务态度一般！最重要的是还不能开增值税专用发票！差评！
