酒店服务很好，有什么需求都很及时给予帮助，酒店的环境卫生都挺干净的，酒店地理位置很好，出去就是主干道，购物很方便，楼下就是超市，总体感觉挺好的，下次有需要还会继续入住。

在前台办理入住手续时刚好有台旅游大巴到酒店，保安员有条不乱的指挥好大巴车停放好及帮客人提箱子，服务态度很好，前台小伙子办理手续时服务态度不错，下次还是选择这家酒店

酒店不错，而且周边有很多好吃的，也有好多可以唱歌娱乐的地方。酒店一楼还有一个纳凉、侃大山的吧台，住的楼层也高，可以欣赏南宁的夜景，一个楼下还有超市，购物方便。并且靠近地铁口，交通便利。最重要的是前台接待很耐心，服务态度很好。

环境卫生都不错，地理位置好，临近地铁交通方便，房间舒适卫生。服务人员热情贴心，会设身处地为顾客着想。窗外景色好，空气好，不吵杂。

原本以为这个华美达会有游泳池和健身房，结果却是个加盟的酒店，除了住宿什么都没有，房间连吹风机都没有。找前台要个手机充电线也没有。下次不会再住了。
