垃圾！水一直是冷的！入住到退房没有一次热水！电话前台却说现在就是这样！解决呢！没有！入住时怎么不说！热水没有让住客洗冷水！反应了还一个回复都没有！做个**酒店！强烈建议酒店的每一位员工今晚去体验一下客户的感受，去洗个冰凉的冷水澡!!!
