订的是行政单间，结果给我安排了豪华单间（当时不知道，就觉得怎么行政单间跟豪华单间一个样呢？结果，过了几天又来住，服务员说根本没有行政单间……），中间的差价十几块钱，入住是前台没有吭声，照样收钱，用豪华间的价收取行政间的钱，良心何在？
