非常之差的态度和做事态度，我在携程订的豪华单人大床，给我开的结果是标准双人房，当时我打前台电话，让我下去换，突然有事然后我当时有事离开酒店了，回酒店有点晚了，期间没有工作人员提醒我还要不要换，早上退房，前台的态度我也很气愤，过往的住客别去了，附近多的很！
