第一，酒店位置非常好，离火车站近，乘坐公交40分钟就可以东站过来。第二，酒店离飞猪定的德天聚集地非常近。第三，酒店周围配套设施便利，有小超市，好多早餐店（有家5点开门）。酒店2公里不到有沃尔玛超市，可以采购去德天的食物（德天一般只包一顿，回来比较晚）。第三，酒店附近景点较多，离中山路比较近
