酒店离南宁火车站近，特别是晚上，下火车出站一眼就能看到维也纳酒店楼顶的招牌，很醒目。酒店内设施有些旧，还出现了蟑螂，但床舒服，洗澡水很好。特别是酒店提供的小件寄存3天的服务，很满意，我将从德天瀑布买的东西寄存在酒店后，去北海玩2天，第3天回南宁取出东西坐火车回家，免去了带着东西奔波的劳顿之苦。酒店在南宁火车站正对着的朝阳路上，楼下小饭馆、水果店、超市、东盟特产品店等都有。特别是住在这里，去德天瀑布的发车点就在斜对面雅客酒店门口，在楼下吃了早点，去对面乘车都赶趟。
