帮忙办理入住的前台 小卢，服务非常棒，说话温柔工作认真负责，热情主动，业务知识扎实，业务水平优秀。
环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助。

酒店紧邻万达茂，有一条专门的通道可以直接走到万达茂，很方便。酒店送的双人下午茶不错。订的海底小纵队房，够4大2小住了。吐槽一点，晚上洗澡发现洗发水用完了，虽然打电话给前台后也送新的过来了，但影响了体验感。

入住体验很好，前台Leah服务态度好，提前帮忙安排好房间，还给做了免费升级，阳台外可以看到邕江和青山大桥，超赞房间卫生也不错，酒店环境很好，有很漂亮的后花园，酒店的位置是靠近万达茂，吃饭方便，也靠近方特。酒店也有自己的餐厅，可供选择。有健身房和室内外游泳池，设备齐全，住店可免费试用，适合度假的选择。推荐哦
