大堂很豪华气派，体验感很好，前台小姐姐温柔热情，安排的房间很喜欢，宽敞明亮，床很大很舒服，还赠送了一份欢迎水果，服务很到位，酒店设施设备齐全，健身房就在五楼，还有游泳池，出行也很方便，旁边就是商场，下次还来住

很实在的一个酒店，入店大大的惊喜！位置在市中心，附近有很多商场，性价比未免也太高了吧，而且前台到餐厅还是客房的服务都是感觉宾至如归，每位酒店的工作人员都非常大的热情

因公出差的话，我还是会选择文华住。地址也好找，交通方便，周围设施齐全，入住被安排的妥妥的，很贴心。防疫工作也很到位，入住十份放心，安心。

位置:位于市中心，周围是万达广场金街，绿地中央城，航洋城，万象城，去哪都方便，酒店出门就是公交，走五分钟有地铁，位置绝佳。
服务:前台服务热情似火，礼宾帮拉行李，寄存服务太贴心了。

很好的酒店呀，房间面积很大，洗漱用品蛮好用的，位置很好，周边是广场，很热闹的。疫情防护做的也很好，前台都有查防疫健康码，很用心。房间有送免费水果，退房速度也很快
