听说是南宁以前最好的酒店，当地朋友推荐过来住的，第一感觉还是非常不错的，特别是服务，从酒店大堂的行李人员到客房的服务人员态度都非常的好。还贴心的准备了小果盘，清洁卫生也做很干净。还有重要说一下客服管理员，大美女一个又客气态度又好还送我一个小熊嘻嘻

服务很好，我们还在路上，服务员就打电话联系我，询问对房间有没有特殊要求，连床垫软语都能根据自己喜好更换。晚上去门口的南湖公园漫步回来，房间里已经有小甜品在候着了。周边环境非常好，南湖公园很美，让人留连忘返。一楼中餐厅的早茶不错（人均50左右）。外出吃饭也还方便，附近还有地铁口。停车位有点紧张，由此可见酒店生意非常火爆，当天就见到有几家在此摆酒。

有城市候机楼，机场往返方便。周边餐饮要走上三五百米。酒店服务很周到，会有专员提前电话问候，了解需求，确认大致到店时间。一般当日还会提前一两小时联系询问。客房服务很周到。设施设备不算太新但是质量较好。床品软硬适中，提出额外软硬要求的客房中心会很贴心的给你送来软床垫或硬床垫。餐厅也不错。就是电视节目略弱，海外频道太少。
