我前台工作人员责任心不够啊。帮老公订的房，房费已经网上支付，刷了预授，退房10天了预授没退，打电话去问，说是1-3天会退回去，说明情况后说是帮我查一下，然后没有任何回复😓然后又一个星期过去了，预授还是没退，所以从退房到现在已经半个月了，我也不知道前台有没有帮我退预授。我知道就算不人工操作，预授也会在一个月内退回，但是该做的工作是否也应该做到位呢？细节也能体现一个酒店的服务质量的。
