设施损坏不及时修理或更换，有安全隐患（比如镜子），且沙发设施等有待加强，毕竟也是4星级。再者，希望酒店服务员的态度有待加强。但是，离民大真的很近很近。

酒店管理有待提高，方面如下:房间内连睡衣都没有；早饭简单到和一百多的快捷酒店；入住时间太久，12点到酒店，14点房间还没清理好，进不了房；打扫卫生不彻底，房间内烟味非常大。
