服务和价格完全对不上，退房的时候再已经告知充电线位置后，再一次查依然说没有，我不得不上去，这是那么多次住酒店经历中的第一次，开门后，在我说明的位置轻易找到；check in那天，电话询问位置，因为我找到了1号和3号没有找到2号，我说明了情况，服务员确问我你要干嘛？哭笑不得，我当然要check in啊……总之，下次不会入住

已经第二次入住九龙湾山水间，免费升级了房型，房间很大，装修园林和现代结合风格。房间洗漱用品都是欧舒丹的，前台和会议服务员都很亲切，600左右一晚性价比还是很高的，家庭出游商务旅行都值得推荐。
