酒店的位置很不错，早餐含好吃，环境也是相当的不错，前台服务很好，临时叫前台帮忙买了印象大红袍的票，前台很快就找人卖到了，不做的服务很棒

非常满意的酒店，入住的房间景观相当好，阳台正对大王峰，晚上有晚安牛奶，早餐一般，步行到景区南次入口只要20分钟，或乘坐6路、7路公交车1元钱就可以的到南入口，交通很方便，下次还会选择入住

免费升级了天鹅湖景房，房间明亮、整洁，装潢与装饰都是以天鹅为灵感。拉开窗帘映入眼帘的就是里黑天鹅优雅的身影，每晚客房还赠送牛奶与酸奶。晚餐的套餐很实惠，九曲红眼鱼肉嫩味美。非常完美的入住经历。

第一印象就很赞！一楼天鹅房特别适合带孩子出游的，房间打开阳台门，就能近距离接触两只优雅黑天鹅，房间也以此作为主题，处处体现用心！送的水果盘和牛奶也让人觉得暖暖的，拖鞋特别特别舒服^_^，该有的都走了！性价比超高！酒店交通便利，离景区南门很近，离大红袍剧场更是只有五分钟左右步行路程，很方便！但是因为隐藏在里面，又一点儿也不显嘈杂，很舒适安逸！唯一不足是早餐不太满意，品种较少，关键是量太少，去得稍晚，就没什么吃的了，不会再补充。
