很久没有入住该酒店了，因为周边高档酒店都满房了！但明显感觉软件服务差了好多！晚上九点到酒店与朋友谈事情想要喝茶，问了大门口穿西装的男士，他说在三楼，于是带着一堆人跑到三楼，可却是黑灯瞎火连个人也没有。好不容易看到了一个貌似维修人员，又告知在512楼，然后再带着一堆人重回电梯，可怎么也到不了楼层，然后只好回到一楼。办完入住手续后，拿着房卡去电梯刷门禁怎么也上不了楼，几经周折终于才回到房间，而且大堂清扫人员拿着吸尘器也不顾客人走动，就朝着我们喂喂喂喊着叫让开，真是无语！总算房间的夜床做得还不错，洗浴用品也换了更高端的，喜欢花洒。但吹风机功率太小，长头发不容易吹干

时间很紧，凌晨2点才入住，早上一匆匆退房，虽然很人疲备，短短几个小时体会，总体各方面很满意，服务热情也很到位！有机会还会选择这里！

服务非常贴心，服务员态度非常好，带宝宝入住的，给了婴儿车、婴儿浴盆，还在边角处贴了防撞条，泳池也不错，就是消毒水味大了点，房间有时感觉闷闷的，如果能更好地通风或者换气就更好了。
