第一次到南通，事先对当地的酒店大致浏览了一下。入住后也感觉本酒店在南通大概也能处于中等水平，有不足之处，但尚可接收。

预定了4间房，却只有三间房的预定信息，而且换了4次才稍稍满意。只是因为很多房间有霉味，墙壁上有不少已经发霉的墙纸和渗水的痕迹。不过客房服务员的态度很好，也很耐心，甚至于提醒我们其中一间房的淋浴间排水有倒灌的问题，对此员工的服务赞一个。

刚驶入酒店觉得花园环境还行，但是进入房间立马就有一股霉味，墙壁上有不少水渍痕迹和霉斑。前台的服务也有待提高，办理入住手续时竟然说找不到我预定的房间信息，结果还是要我当场和艺龙网联系后才承认是工作失误。早餐还行吧。综合评价60分。

酒店服务太差了，浴室漏水，跟酒店服务人员交涉多次，也没有妥善解决。早餐品种少，供应量不够，一些品种根本就吃不上。
