酒店设施老旧，房间一股霉味，有蚊子蚂蚁蜘蛛…浴室下水堵塞，周末晚晚婚宴吵闹到9点，地处偏僻打车不太方便。早餐很丰富，有地下停车场。

第一次去南通，很多人说这家酒店不错，但是我觉得很多不足。标间的床太小，估计一米不到，洗手台上灯光不好，女士化妆看不清，淋雨房挡水没有，洗个澡水流一地，然后没有洗澡拖鞋，一次性拖鞋沾了点水滑的不行。淋浴龙头只有顶上大花洒，给孩子洗澡不方便，没有护发素，没有无线网，床头灯位置没有插座。墙面墙纸剥落，因为卫生间反水。
