入住的时候出了点小波折，后来大堂经理态度很好，主动询问有什么需要服务的，点个大赞，房间很舒服，提前说好做婚房，也给换好了床单，谢谢这位大堂经理啦。

说是南阳最好的酒店，早上五点半的火车到，非要等到八点才让入住，干等两个多小时，这就是南阳最好酒店的服务吗？！一点服务意识都没有，太烂了……有空房间都不让入住，在大堂干等俩小时，烦。
