我是第二次入住该酒店，对酒店的满意度非常高，无论是设施、设备还是卫生都非常好，这里的任何员工只要相遇总是先问好，服务态度非常好，和香格里拉酒店相比一点也不逊色。今后只要来南阳一定还会住这里，也会向所有的朋友推荐的。前台的服务态度更是非常的好，我们预定的两间豪华大床房升级为行政大床房，不知道是哪里的漏洞只显示了一间，我说明后服务员马上按两间给于办理，而且按我们的要求给于了两间相邻的房间（1902--1903）

酒店环境不错，房很大，单间床特别大，唯一就是不太好找，对于自驾的游客来说比较好，车能开到门口，有停车场
