这是一家性价比超高的连锁酒店，虽然是第一次住，给我们留下很好的印象。酒店外观大气，欧式风格，房间装修典雅，设施齐全，床很舒服，被单干净整洁，卫生间很整洁，感觉很舒适。特别要说的是前台的服务员刑小姐和吴小姐热情礼貌很贴心，看到我们年龄大了，为了满足我们和哥嫂住在同一层的要求，还给我们升级到豪华标间，耐心解释我们提出的问题，主动拿来旅游地图，告诉我们南阳旅游景点和线路，还有一位也在前台的女服务员也很热情，这些给我们南阳之旅留下难忘的记忆。
