设施中等靠上，环境也还不错，服务一般。身份证落在了前台，两天没人送，没人告知，如果不是结账时发现身份证没了，酒店估计没人提醒。开发票要分成两张开，还没说清楚，负责结账的人员就不耐烦了，早餐餐厅的人员服务态度很好。
